200ml of Magnesium Oil. The best way to receive magnesium is trans-dermally. Magnesium Oil for some can sting a little or feel itchy at first, for kids the soles of the feet are the best place to spray as they don't feel it there. Generally if it happens the sting/itch is due to being low in Magnesium and as levels improve this should go away. You can now also get a magnesium re-fill option, perfect if you already have a bottle of ours or your own. Glass with a metal screw lid.
